Shipping & Returns
Currently, I provide shipping via standard postal networks with tracking provided on all products. Free shipping is available to Canadian customers shipping domestically. For international customers, tracked, flat rate shipping is available. If you'd like to upgrade and ship through a commercial courier such as FedEx or DHL, please contact me or add a note at checkout outlining your shipping preference and I will provide you with further details. An additional charge may apply.
Tax and Duty
International customers are subject to and responsible for any taxes and or duty collected upon arrival of their items in their respective countries. A portion of these charges is simply the sales tax which applies to most products sold within the receiving country - these are not "additional fees". Duty and "brokerage fees" are often collected by border services or customs officers when the item enters the country. The fees and their derivations vary from country to country, therefore I recommend checking with your local border authorities for more details.
Return & Exchange Policy
Custom, made to order, or bespoke items, are non-refundable and non-returnable purchases. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis, assessing the nature and circumstances surrounding the situation. However unlikely, these situations may include errors in order fulfilment or production, or faulty craftsmanship, for which I accept full responsibility. I ask that you contact me before initiating a return as I do not accept unauthorized returns. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order and all items must be in unworn and unmarked condition. If a return has been initiated and approved, it is highly advised that the returned item be sent with tracking. I am not responsible for returned items lost in transit. Returned items may be repaired, replaced, or their costs refunded at your discretion.
