Among the many benefits of a quality handmade product is their serviceability. Over time, an item can fall victim to accidents or may need repairs of some kind. When the time comes, I offer repairs on all my products when possible. Please contact me with the details of the issue.
Wait times
Nearly all the product I sell are on a "made-to-order" basis. Once I receive your order, your item is individually handmade from scratch based on the requirements you have put forth. This allows me to provide you exactly the item you want, fresh off the bench and untouched. It also gives me the ability to offer you considerable customization options to meet your vision and demands. Consequently, I do not keep stock of my products which causes wait times between orders. Depending on the number of outstanding orders I have at any given time, wait times can vary.
Current wait times are between 4 - 8 weeks. If you would like your order rushed (gifts, birthdays, etc.), please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate.
